Flint City Bucks: A Legacy of Success

Flint City Bucks are the most successful soccer franchise in Michigan history, winning four national championships, nine conference titles, and 15 Great Lakes Division titles. No other club in Michigan has produced more players who have gone on to compete at the professional level, with 107 Bucks alumni advancing to MLS, the most of any club in the state. The Flint City Bucks continue to attract top talent and shape the future of the game.

MLS Next Launches Second Tier of Competition

Michigan Bucks Academy is proud to be part of the new MLS NEXT's new competition tier, launching in September 2025. This exciting development increases opportunities for players and coaches to compete at the highest levels while maintaining flexibility for high school participation.

As part of this elite national platform, Michigan Bucks Academy will provide top-tier player development, high-performance training, and exposure to college, professional, and national team scouts through regional tournaments, and MLS NEXT national events.  See MLS NEXT announcement here.
